® Homes program may be able to use an Energy Efficient Mortgage (EEM) to provide you with a better mortgage. An EEM uses the independently certified likely savings of your ENERGY STAR home to calculate better buying power for your mortgage. All homes in the Michigan Build! ENERGY STAR Homes program qualify for an Energy Efficient Mortgage.
